Responsibilities
You will be involved in all stages of creating visual effects (used in combat, environments,
cutscenes, etc.) for our high-end titles.
Required Experience & Skills
Artist
・At least three years of experience creating effects for high-end titles
・Capable of cooperating and communicating effectively with others,
including with members of other departments (game designers, programmers, etc.)
*Most of the work will be performed in Japanese.

Lead Artist

・Determined based on your experience, skills, and abilities
・Annual raise (based on individual performance and evaluation)
Work Hours
・9:00 AM-5:30 PM (Standard working day: 7.5 hours/day)
・Flextime/discretionary working system
*Flextime: Core hours 10:00 AM-2:00 PM (may vary by department).
*Most people working under the flextime system begin work at 10:00 AM.
*Discretionary working system: A working day is prescribed as 7.5 hours by the
discretionary working system for professional work.

・Two days off per week (125 days/year in FY 2017, including New Year’s holidays and summer holidays)
