Required Experience & Skills
Experience and qualifications:
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar degree or comparable experience
・5 or more years of professional game programming experience
Technical skills:
・Advanced skills in C++, Animation techniques, math, and debugging
・Knowledge in parallel processing (ie. multithreading) and optimization techniques; GPGPU knowledge is a plus
・Experience with DCC Tools and Exporters; Proficiency in animation asset pipelines
・Knowledge of Facial Animation Techniques and well as full body IK and helper-bones driven body animation
Interpersonal qualities:
・Excellent man-management skills; Ability to be a team player
・A commitment to delivering high quality games
・A desire to push the barriers of technology in video games is required
・Be a good Communicator.
・Ability to communicate in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
※Conversation level should be at a level where you can discuss your research field smoothly.
※Japanese Language proficiency test level of N3 is a plus.

・Determined based on your experience, skills, and abilities
・Annual raise (based on individual performance and evaluation)

Work Hours
・9:00 AM-5:30 PM (Standard working day: 7.5 hours/day)
・Flextime/discretionary working system
*Flextime: Core hours 10:00 AM-2:00 PM (may vary by department).
*Most people working under the flextime system begin work at 10:00 AM.
*Discretionary working system: A working day is prescribed as 7.5 hours by the
discretionary working system for professional work.
Holidays
・Two days off per week (125 days/year in FY 2017, including New Year’s holidays and summer holidays)
